Overview

The BWRX-300 Systems Integration Technical Leader will provide leadership and resource management for a technical team of engineers supporting GEH Nuclear, managing complex issues, and contributing to engineering strategy.

• Lead a technical team for GEH Nuclear.
• Manage plant integrated systems from design to turnover.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction efforts.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering Discipline (Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technology or engineering.
• Demonstrated people management skills.
• Master’s or PhD in a technical discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of regulated environments (nuclear).
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Six Sigma training preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure.
