Overview

The Associate Director of NPIC manages the biological profiling of small molecule compounds, oligonucleotides, and biological agents in the project funded by Needleman Program for Innovation & Commercialization (NPIC), overseeing drug discovery projects and interacting with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• PhD or Terminal Degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in drug discovery.
• Strong skills in biochemical pharmacology and data analysis.
• Experience with CRO management and drug development processes.
• Knowledge of in vitro and in vivo pharmacology.
• Familiarity with biological profiling of various modalities.
• Ability to analyze and disseminate research data effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
