Overview

CoW DAO is on a mission to protect Ethereum users from MEV and optimize trade execution across DeFi through the CoW Protocol and CoW Swap. We are looking for a backend engineer with Solana experience to help build decentralized trading protocols.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience with systems-level programming languages.
• 1+ year of hands-on production experience using Rust.
• Practical experience in Solana development.
• Strong programming and algorithmic skills.

• Commitment to code quality and observability.
• Excellent communication skills in a remote environment.
• Ideally, senior-level experience mentoring colleagues.
