Overview

This role is a specialized form of helpdesk support in which service and technical skills are used to focus on what is best for the customer. The Helpdesk Associate serves as the face of the company and is responsible for ensuring the customer remains loyal to our brand.

In Short

  • Provide Tier 1 support to small and midsize business customers.
  • Answer general inquiries via phone, chat, email, or cases.
  • Document all interactions for business use.
  • Work remotely with a private workspace.
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Provide technical support on Linxup branded products.
  • Save customers looking to end their relationship with Linxup.
  • Educate customers on new or existing products.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including Monday - Saturday shifts.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and/or background in triaging technical issues.
  • Ability to learn fast in a non-traditional training environment.
  • Organized with proficient attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Positive attitude and ability to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to type well and at a fast pace.
  • Flexibility on schedules.
