Overview

The Lead Full Stack Engineer will play a critical role in guiding the design, implementation, and maintenance of CoverGo's innovative SaaS platform, providing technical direction and mentoring to the development team.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with complex SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Experience with RESTful API design patterns and cloud platforms.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior or management role.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and testing libraries.
• Experience in web security best practices and compliance.
• Performance optimization for high-traffic web applications.
• Strong communication skills for diverse team interaction.
• Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for staying updated with software development trends.
