In Short

• Lead Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction.
• Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content.
• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of learners.
• Collaborate closely with operations personnel for smooth program delivery.
• Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.
• Maintain professionalism and interact courteously with learners.
• Be responsive and empathetic to learners' needs.
• Contribute to course improvement through feedback.
• 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or related field required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or related certifications preferred.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Experience training learners on foundational technical skillsets.
• Outstanding team and people management skills.
• Experience working with the Unix terminal, especially with cybersecurity-related applications.
• Familiarity with Networking, Kali Linux, Endpoint security, and Triage.
