Overview

A Senior QA Engineer is sought to lead the evolution of quality assurance practices, focusing on both strategic and hands-on work to ensure high-quality software delivery.

In Short

Define and enforce the overall QA strategy.
Collaborate with product and engineering to define clear and testable acceptance criteria.
Design, write, and execute automated test suites.
Build and maintain testing environments.
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Build QA metrics and reporting.
Lead bug triage and post-release quality analysis.
Help set quality metrics and promote a “test early and often” culture.
Evaluate and recommend tools for test automation.
Define the quality roadmap for the QA team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Proficiency with MySQL.
Experience with API testing tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
