Overview

The Seasonal HR Support role serves as the first point-of-contact for HR-related inquiries, providing accurate and consistent responses to internal and external customers through inbound calls.

In Short

  • Start date: 2 weeks post offer, End date: 1/31/2026
  • Full-time position, Monday - Friday
  • Busy season with benefit open enrollment and W-2's
  • Call center environment with back-to-back phone calls
  • Collaborate with other HR departments
  • Utilize knowledge and case management software
  • Document interactions in case management system
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist with HR policies, processes, and procedures
  • Provide timely responses to HR inquiries

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • 1 year of call center experience preferred
