• Lead the design and execution of onboarding and employee recognition programs.
• Enhance CoreWeave’s global onboarding program.
• Partner with various teams to create a structured onboarding experience.
• Design pre-boarding and new hire orientation programs.
• Gather feedback to improve the onboarding journey.
• Lead the design of recognition programs to value employees.
• Measure the impact of recognition programs with People Analytics.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Internal Communications.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology platforms.
• Track and report on program success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in HR.
• Expertise in onboarding design and recognition strategy.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with HRIS and engagement tools.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing feedback.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments preferred.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
