In Short

• Manage and support the accounting function at CoreWeave.
• Oversee global data center lease obligations and maintain accurate lease data.
• Lead the monthly financial close process for operating and finance leases.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842 and manage lease amortization schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective lease management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual lease disclosures.
• Provide audit support and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Manage discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of account reconciliations.
• Support enhancements to financial systems related to lease accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of lease accounting applications and ERP systems.
• Experience with ASC 842 and SOX compliance.
• 3 years of lease accounting experience preferred.
• CPA or CMA candidate preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
