Overview

This role involves executing and managing marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud tools, focusing on growth marketing goals and ensuring seamless integration with IT teams.

• Initial 90-120 day engagement focused on growth marketing goals
• Execute and manage marketing campaigns using the current Marketing Cloud Engagement tool
• Lead the implementation of the new Marketing Cloud Account Engagement tool
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and transition
• Develop and optimize workflows and processes within the new marketing cloud environment
• Provide training and support to team members on the new tool
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to marketing cloud tools

Requirements

• Proven experience with Marketing Cloud tools, including Marketing Cloud Engagement (fka ExactTarget) and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (fka Pardot)
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and campaign management
• Ability to quickly adapt and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Ability to train and support team members on new tools
