Injection Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Injection Service Technician will cover the Reynosa/Matamoros area with a travel availability of 90%. This role requires over 5 years of experience working with injection machines, preferably Milacron.

In Short

• Provide quality support and service to customers.
• Prepare tools and equipment for assigned service types.
• Complete service reports clearly and document necessary information.
• Send service reports to clients and service coordinators.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition.
• Follow company policies and conduct codes.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts, such as IPs.
• Use special measuring tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Intermediate English proficiency preferred.

• Experience in service with various clients.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
