Cyber Security Engineer - Privilege Access Management (PAM) - Remote

Overview

The Cyber Security Engineer - Privilege Access Management (PAM) will be responsible for implementing and managing the BeyondTrust PAM platform as part of Hillenbrand’s global Cybersecurity team.

In Short

• Implement and manage BeyondTrust PAM platform.
• Drive design and implementation of PAM solutions.
• Create privileged inventory and implement use cases.
• Maintain and tune PAM platform operations.
• Establish processes for PAM platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert for BeyondTrust.
• Work with stakeholders to improve program maturity.
• Collaborate with IT teams to address vulnerabilities.
• Provide level 2/3 support and consultation.
• Balance strategic thinking with execution accountability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with PAM solutions.
• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science.
• Expertise in BeyondTrust platform and integrations.
• Strong understanding of privilege access controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high change environment.
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISM, CISSP).
