Overview

We are a global climate technologies company focused on sustainability, creating efficient spaces through HVACR technologies. We are looking for a Technical Trainer to deliver training on Copeland Commercial and Residential Cold Chain Electronics components and systems.

In Short

• Deliver technical training to various audiences.
• Coordinate course material development.
• Stay current with HVACR technology and trends.
• Participate in industry events and online communities.
• Provide coaching to junior training staff.
• Conduct both standard and custom training classes.
• Evaluate and improve training materials.
• Travel 60-70% of the time.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in HVACR or related fields.
• Ability to present and facilitate learning programs.
• Skilled in customer service and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and technology.
• Work authorization in the United States required.
• Degree in HVACR-related field preferred.
• Seven years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in the HVACR educational community preferred.
