Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Pricing Specialist for our client in the insurance sector located in Bern, specializing in SME insurance products.

• Develop and maintain pricing models for SME insurance products.
• Conduct risk analyses and simulations to optimize pricing strategies.
• Collaborate on product conception in an agile SAFe environment.
• Ensure technical implementation, documentation, and testing of pricing components.
• Analyze relevant characteristics and factors in various pricing components.
• Create clear and verifiable documentation of pricing activities.
• Support market observation and competitive analysis for pricing strategy development.

Requirements

• Solid experience in actuarial pricing, especially in liability and machinery insurance.
• Strong knowledge of risk and market models.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (SAFe).
• Understanding of technical implementation, documentation, and testing.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.
• Fluent German is desired; French is a plus.
