HR Recruiter (70-80%) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded HR Recruiter for our client in Bern, responsible for the entire recruitment process.

In Short

• Consulting and supporting leaders and teams throughout the recruitment process (end-to-end).
• Responsible for creating needs analyses, job postings, selection processes, interviews, and final decisions.
• Recruitment primarily for technical positions.
• Support in implementing and using SAP SuccessFactors.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in advising and supporting leaders and teams in recruitment.
• Ideally experienced with SAP SuccessFactors (1-3 years).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and precisely.
• Willingness to occasionally travel within the canton of Bern and Jura.
• Team player who values collaboration with colleagues.
• Fluent in German and French.
