DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded DevOps Engineer for our client in Bern.

In Short

• Analyze, design, implement, test, and operate software solutions
• Responsible for the automation of tests, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and monitoring
• Develop backend and frontend solutions, with a stronger focus on backend
• Contribute to the development of a framework for automated time tracking that collects events from daily work and processes them using business rules
• Participate in the digitization of processes within the company

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in the analysis, design, and implementation of software solutions
• Experience in automated testing, CI/CD processes, and monitoring
• Proficient with technologies and frameworks such as Angular, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, PostGreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, RESTful APIs, Swagger, Microservices, Jira, Confluence, GIT, and Jenkins
• Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and maintain oversight in complex problems
• Sense of responsibility and willingness to share knowledge with the team
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
