Agile Product Owner / Agile Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Agile Product Owner / Agile Business Analyst to help bring digital initiatives to life and drive innovation and value creation for customers worldwide.

In Short

• Collaboration with multiple product managers to derive and prioritize product visions into a structured backlog
• Definition of iteration goals and coordination of implementation in close collaboration with the development team
• Analysis of business requirements and creation of clear, technically feasible user stories
• Modeling and optimization of end-to-end processes, especially in API-driven system landscapes
• Independent analysis of technical topics including API testing
• Creation of high-quality documentation including acceptance criteria
• Contribution to operational stability and support of the DevOps team
• Active involvement in the agile DevOps culture within the product team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in agile IT product development as a PO and/or BA in complex environments
• Certification such as PSPO I Product Owner™ and/or IREB (CPRE) preferred
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities with endurance and sensitivity to stakeholders
• Proven analytical and conceptual skills with a structured, proactive work style
• Practical experience working with APIs, including debugging in sandbox environments
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their practical application
• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with legacy system replacement is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Fluent communication skills in German and English, French is an advantage
