An exciting opportunity for an Optometrist to join the UK & Ireland Professional Affairs team at CooperVision, supporting optical practices and influencing prescribing habits through training and education.

In Short

• Drive contact lens performance through training and education.
• Develop and deliver training material for workshops and seminars.
• Work with a customer business team to improve brand awareness.
• Create methods to improve contact lens fits and retention.
• Liaise with the Regional Sales Manager for clinical needs.
• Co-travel with Business Development Managers for support.
• Stay updated on contact lens fitting and market trends.
• Contribute to the annual planning process.

Requirements

• 5 years experience as an Optometrist with contact lens fitting experience.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills.
• Ability to empathize with customer needs.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
• High energy self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word preferred.
