Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager, GTM, you will orchestrate supply and demand through CookUnity’s core direct-to-consumer channels, ensuring that our marketplace efficiently connects chef-created meals with the right customers.

• Orchestrate supply and demand dynamics through direct-to-consumer channels.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for new growth initiatives.
• Improve marketplace liquidity by optimizing supply and demand.
• Launch and iterate on limited-time promotions and new meal categories.
• Partner with creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets.
• Create business cases for expansion opportunities and customer acquisition.
• Define and implement key performance metrics for GTM initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end execution of demand-generation strategies.
• Enhance customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Growth and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in growth marketing or go-to-market execution.
• Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, or meal subscription business preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and executing GTM strategies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence leaders.
• Experience launching and optimizing limited-time offers and campaigns.
• Background in pricing strategies and creative marketing execution preferred.
• High EQ and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong bias for action and execution.
