Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node.JS, and other technologies.
• Expertise with agile methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to design scalable system architectures.
• Track record of coaching and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
