The Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for leading a customer support team, improving client experiences, and ensuring outstanding service in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inbound customer support.
  • Experience leading a customer support team.
  • Outstanding English communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Strong organizational skills, even under pressure.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills.
  • Knowledge of nutritional information and fine dining is a plus.
  • Availability to work on Argentinian Public Holidays.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, attending the office as needed.
