An experienced Electronic Health Records/Health IT Account System Administrator is sought to optimize and maintain EHR systems, ensuring seamless technology integration in business processes.

In Short

• Identify and quantify IT risk factors for EHR application security.
• Manage user accounts including creation, modification, and deletion.
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Permissions, and software installations.
• Conduct inventory management using Asset Panda.
• Provide Tier III support for hardware/software issues.
• Apply OS patches and configure system software.
• Maintain operational procedures and performance reporting.
• Coordinate system updates and communicate with impacted parties.
• Conduct hardware upgrades as needed.
• Work in a hybrid schedule with 4 days on-site and 1 telework day.

Requirements

• Experience with recognized Electronic Health Record Systems.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft OS, and MS Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of various remote tools and software.
• Ability to diagnose hardware/software failures.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and applications.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
