Join Convera as a Senior Endpoint Engineer focused on Windows Endpoint Management, where you will develop new technology for a globally revered brand.

In Short

• Serve as primary administrator for EUC imaging / patching solution for Windows.
• Administer MDM and VDI solutions.
• Participate in technical investigation and architecture for new tool implementations.
• Evaluate new categories of end user tools with business counterparts.
• Act as a technical expert for end user computing tools.
• Implement automation and self-serve tooling for incident reduction.
• Collaborate with information security on endpoint protection tools.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing end user device management solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Workspace One.
• Background in large-scale endpoint management solutions.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure environments, particularly AWS.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative working style with technology and business stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and drive service management/SLAs.
• 4+ years of related technical and business experience.
• Experience with SaaS based digital workplace tools is a plus.
