Overview

The Convaris GmbH is looking for dedicated Telesales Consultants (m/w/d) to support customer care for an innovative company in the field of water treatment solutions. If you have a strong affinity for telephone customer contact and possibly experience from hospitality, retail, or call centers, you can actively shape the acquisition and support of new customers in a dynamic and successful environment with your communication skills and sales flair.

In Short

• Research and acquire new customers
• Product consulting (BFC) over the phone
• Comprehensive customer consulting across the entire portfolio
• Processing internet inquiries (marketing leads)
• Independent preparation of offers
• Independent contract creation (including contract conclusion & order creation)
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customers
• Technical and hygienic consulting over the phone
• Processing customer recommendations
• Participation in various (sales) projects
• Handling customer inquiries/complaints

Requirements

• Preferably completed commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in sales support/telesales desirable
• Career changers from hospitality, retail, or call centers are welcome
• High preference and affinity for telephone customer contact
• Excellent communication skills
• High degree of initiative/motivation
• Safe handling of MS Office applications
• Team spirit, resilience, customer orientation
