User Help Desk Operator (German Language) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Operator to strengthen our User Help Desk, providing 1st Level support for our employees and franchise partners across over 150 locations.

In Short

• Provide 1st Level support for IT issues.
• Resolve problems via phone and remote support.
• Manage ticketing system using BMC.
• Implement workarounds for known issues.
• Communicate effectively with staff and partners.
• Maintain internal and external documentation.
• Assist in annual inventory and year-end processes.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Fluent in German and good English skills required.

Requirements

• Education in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of IT security practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
