Overview

The German Language Expert will be responsible for managing invoice control processes, ensuring accurate approvals and postings, and handling queries related to invoices while collaborating with team members.

In Short

• Follow documented procedures for Invoice Control.
• Perform approvals and postings accurately and on time.
• Raise queries and monitor for resolutions.
• Fluently work on SAP/oracle screens.
• Handle PO & NON-PO invoices.
• Meet KPI targets for invoice processing and accuracy.
• Manage overdue invoices and queries.
• Adapt to customer changes quickly.
• Handle intermediate and complex activities.

Requirements

• Collaborative team player.
• Good communication skills in German (B2.1 certification required).
• Strong English-speaking skills.

• Knowledge of SAP System.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Ability to implement process improvements.
