As an intern in our HR IEMEA team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a global environment and contribute to meaningful projects that shape our people strategy.

• Promote a performance culture by tracking Employee Dialogue progress.
• Assist in planning and executing Leadership Calls.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HR, Business, Psychology, or Communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Familiar with basic HR processes and interested in talent development.
• Experienced with digital collaboration tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Comfortable working in virtual, international environments.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical, with the ability to interpret data.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Creative and hands-on in supporting virtual events.
