Inside Sales Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Inside Sales Engineer performs various duties to support the Director of Sales, Asia Pacific, in a designated region, helping to meet and exceed overall company sales goals.

In Short

• Act as a resource for customers and manufacturer’s reps in a designated territory.
• Receive customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Prepare commercial proposals and product sizing.
• Address customer’s technical and commercial queries.
• Provide contract reviews and manage terms and conditions.
• Collect project details against RFQs and upload them to Salesforce.
• Order processing and manage returned material authorization.
• Work with Regional Sales Manager to maintain customer activity updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on workload.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Technical background preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to interpret specifications and requirements.
