Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients after they’ve joined Contentoo, focusing on building long-term relationships and ensuring smooth project execution.

• Act as a trusted partner for an assigned portfolio of clients.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German, Dutch is a bonus.
• Minimum of 2 years in a commercial, customer-facing role.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about using AI in daily tasks.
• Data-driven mindset to understand client behavior.
• Product mindset with a focus on improving client experience.
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.
