Overview

CGS is seeking a dedicated Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to assist with legal accounts and support various aspects of the company's portfolio, contributing to government innovation through technology.

In Short

• Full-time position in the Legal department.
• Support litigation technology across various projects.
• Monitor changes in laws impacting litigation.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches.
• Provide advice on electronic discovery processes.
• Update and create standard operating procedures.
• Strong technical and legal background required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance.
• 5 years of eDiscovery experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed.

Requirements

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD preferred).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong legal background in electronic discovery applications.
