Overview

CGS is seeking a dedicated clerical worker to join a fast-paced team to assist with legal accounts, playing a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio.

In Short

  • Full-Time position in the Administrative Department.
  • Responsible for transferring and updating tracking databases for cases.
  • Organize and process cases from various sources.
  • Monitor case progress and report updates.
  • Adhere to security procedures for case information.
  • Draft correspondence and coordinate technical support.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents and records.
  • Provide front desk administrative support and visitor assistance.
  • Complete legal clerical projects to improve management.
  • Must have TS/TS SCI Clearance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to operate various office equipment.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in legal clerical work preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in government contracting is a plus.
