Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled, fully licensed clinical social worker with experience in providing psychotherapy.

In Short

• Conduct video intake assessments with new members.
• Design and implement personalized programs for members.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance through a digital platform.
• Monitor member progress to optimize care plans.
• Document member interactions and maintain clinical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for integrated care.
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings.
• Work Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM).
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Celebrate member successes and problem-solve barriers.

Requirements

• Must be a fully licensed clinical social worker.
• Experience in psychotherapy required.
• Knowledge of anxiety, depression, and behavioral health conditions.
• Proficient in using digital platforms for therapy.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
