Overview

CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with any legal accounts. You will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio.

In Short

• Provide litigation technology support.
• Monitor changes to laws impacting litigation.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades.
• Advise on the preservation and processing of ESI.
• Update standard operating procedures.
• Strong technical and legal background required.
• 5 years of eDiscovery experience needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Requirements

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major projects.
• 2 years in Relativity.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with EDRM.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance preferred.
