Overview

The (Senior) Director of Research and Evaluation will lead CDI’s research team and oversee the organization’s efforts to measure and communicate our impact.

Requirements

• 8-13 years of experience in applied research.
• Doctorate in a social or behavioral science field required.
• Demonstrated success leading mixed-methods research teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Values curiosity, humility, and collaboration.
• Experience building research infrastructure is a plus.
