Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II at ConnectWise, you will enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems, bridging the gap between development and operations teams.

In Short

• Design, build, implement, maintain, and support system infrastructure.
• Define and improve software delivery and operational mechanisms for Cloud infrastructures.
• Develop and leverage automation and monitoring capabilities for cloud-based solutions.
• Consistently apply and enforce Cloud Engineering standards and best practices.
• Participate in troubleshooting efforts and incident resolution activities.
• Write technical documentation and keep process-related information current.
• 5+ years of experience managing Windows servers and programming in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Experience with AWS offerings and observability platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in Agile, distributed environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Windows servers.
• 5+ years of experience programming in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS services.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for troubleshooting.
• Practical experience building deployment pipelines on GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years in Information Technology related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• AWS certification preferred.
