Overview

The Senior Broker Service Specialist will be responsible for supporting the mortgage broking process, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional customer service while working from home.

In Short

• Work Monday – Friday (6:00 PM - 3:00 PM Manila Time)
• 4+ years of experience in AU loan processing
• Experience with various CRM software
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Document management and compliance checks
• Data entry and application paperwork generation

• Assist in complex loan structures
• Onsite training transitioning to WFH

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years in the mortgage industry
• Experience with MyCRM and other CRM software
• Good understanding of IT concepts
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools
• Organizational skills to manage conflicting priorities
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering (nice to have)
