The Senior Broker Service Specialist will be responsible for supporting the mortgage processing team, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional customer service while working from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience with MyCRM and other mortgage-related software.
• Good understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Organizational skills to manage conflicting priorities.
• Attention to detail and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Experience in project management tools.
• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering is a plus.
