Quality Assurance Tester - Remote

Overview

The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance role will work closely and collaboratively with the Product, Engineering, Testing, and Support teams to continuously improve the end-to-end quality assurance process aligned with Agile principles.

In Short

• Analyze requirements, create test cases, prepare test data, execute manual test cases and manage defects.
• Test execution will need to be on Android and iOS mobile apps, multiple web browsers and using Postman or similar to execute API tests.
• Use Postgres database to verify results.
• Automate regression tests using K6 or equivalent.
• Conduct non-functional testing areas such as security, performance, usability, accessibility, and telemetry.
• Ability to understand the essential needs of users and meet these with compelling solutions.
• Proactive communicator with excellent time and resource management skills.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Testing, and Support teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
• Support Agile principles in testing processes.

Requirements

• Experience in manual testing and creating test cases.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of mobile application testing on Android and iOS.
• Experience with regression testing automation tools like K6.
• Understanding of non-functional testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
