In Short

• Manage and digest incoming bug reports from Nightdive projects.
• Lead bug triage meetings and coordinate with QA partners.
• Conduct smoke tests and playtests to verify game functionality.
• Provide guidance and support to QA teams.
• Monitor social media and community channels for post-release issues.
• Analyze risks of defects and bugs on project timelines.
• Research and document software and bug specifications.
• Collaborate with international teams across different time zones.
• Utilize JIRA for tracking upcoming launches.
• Report on the state of bugs to project managers and producers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of QA experience in the gaming or software industry.
• Experience shipping at least 3 titles across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Perforce and Git.
• Experience with PC and console platforms.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with older game titles and in-house game engines.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal turnaround time.
• Strong work ethic and driven to achieve excellence.
