We are looking for a skilled legal assistant to join a boutique law firm with a strong presence in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, providing comprehensive legal solutions.

In Short

• Assist with drafting cost agreements.
• Open new matters.
• Confirm and enter correct client contact details.
• Save various documents to matters.
• Run conflict checks for possible new clients.
• Data entry and document filing.
• Administrative functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a law firm.
• Familiarity with contract and document management.
• Proficient in using document management software.
• Skilled in file administration tasks, including setting up new matters.
• Knowledgeable in using LEAP Legal Software, MS Office Tools, and other relevant technology.
• Exceptional spoken English proficiency.
• Previous experience working in an Australian company is highly desirable.
