Overview

As a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, creating engaging marketing content, and assisting with sales-related activities.

In Short

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 20 hrs/week (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM Manila Time)
• Strong creative skills with experience using Canva for graphic design and content creation.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design.
• Conduct market research to support business development efforts.
• Assist in writing and formatting sales proposals.
• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing and sales efforts.
• Track and report on social media engagement and marketing campaign performance.
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales and business development team.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience in Social Media Management using TikTok and/or LinkedIn is a plus.
