Financial Controller for AU and NZ (Telecommunications and IT Services) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team, supporting operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role plays a key part in driving financial excellence within a fast-paced telecommunications and IT consulting environment.

In Short

• Oversee and manage the Accounts inbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Support the preparation and analysis of Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
• Identify opportunities and implement improvements to financial procedures and processes.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to management.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to guide business decisions.
• Monitor and enhance internal financial controls.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions.
• Coordinate equipment leasing and asset management activities.
• Streamline accounting operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in strategic planning and financial forecasting for business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management or controller role.
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven experience handling financial operations in AU and NZ.
• Prior experience in the Telecommunications or IT Services and Consulting industry.
