Client Onboarding Specialist - Accounting - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our accounting firm, responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into our services.

In Short

• Onboard new clients in accounting and bookkeeping teams.
• Collate and enter client information into systems.
• Communicate with clients and teams regarding onboarding.
• Report to the Practice Manager on client onboarding status.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of companies and trusts.
• Handle client offboarding processes.
• Work with Xero, Karbon, Content Snare, and Microsoft 365.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Update client database accurately.
• Contribute to best practices and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Prior experience in AU Accounting Firms.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Client-facing experience is a must.
• Experience in setting up companies' trust and ASIC.
• Proficiency in XERO (green and blue).
• Familiarity with Karbon and Content Snare is a plus.
