The Business Analyst role involves engaging with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and documenting business requirements for various projects, primarily in the education sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Experience in conducting workshops for requirement gathering.
• Ability to document comprehensive business requirements.
• Understanding of BPMN or Flow charts for process mapping.
• Exceptional analytical skills to enhance efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willingness to undergo training in Enterprise Architecture.
