Broker Service Expert (AU Mortgage, WFH) - Remote

Overview

The purpose of a Loan Processor is to assist Australian mortgage brokers with administrative tasks to prepare, process and track loan applications.

In Short

• Work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Assist brokers with loan application processing.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare documentation.
• Keep systems and CRMs updated.
• Perform NCCP compliance checks and data entry.
• Calculate income for PAYG applicants.
• Manage document organization and follow-up.
• Generate application paperwork and credit reports.
• Ensure timely settlement of loans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in AU loan processing.
• Experience with CRM software like MyCRM.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
