In Short

• Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications.
• Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find.
• Review client documents and manage data entry and credit report requests.
• Initiate new loan applications after lead generation.
• Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature.
• Upload supporting documents and submit via Apply Online.
• Facilitate application validation and final checks.
• Work Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing and administration.
• Experience with Australian mortgage CRM tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Nice to have: Experience in HubSpot.
• Nice to have: Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering.
