Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive Staff Accountant to join a dynamic and growing team in the finance and real estate industry.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes.
• Handle cash management activities, including bank and wire transfers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
• Support financial analysis and special projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support as needed.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a growing business environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and formatting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Benefits
