Through automation, we increase efficiency for our clients but maintain a human connection and high research quality. As we grow (in the number of products that we offer and in clients’ awareness of us), we need passionate researchers, software developers, and other team members to join us for remote roles.

In Short

• Research analysis and report building.
• Support users of the Conjointly platform.
• Discuss projects with clients to identify project expectations.
• Create project proposals and design research projects.
• Program surveys based on a questionnaire and analyze survey data.
• Build PowerPoint reports and deliver them to clients.
• Provide email, chat-based, and video call support for technical questions.
• Walk potential users through demos of the platform.
• Relay user requests to appropriate colleagues for follow-up.
• Wear different hats to provide support to researchers and the development team.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in market research and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and R.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with survey programming.
• Familiarity with research methodologies.
• Client-facing experience is a plus.
