Overview

The HR/Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) role is a part-time position with the possibility of remote work, focusing on payroll and HR services for a modern consulting firm.

In Short

• Independent execution or support in monthly payroll processing
• Maintenance of employee master data and management of digital personnel files
• Support in administrative HR tasks (e.g., contracts, certificates, notifications)
• Correspondence with social insurance and authorities
• Consulting clients on labor and wage-related issues
• Collaboration with tax consulting, accounting, and management

Requirements

• Training in business or human resources (e.g., HR specialist, payroll specialist)
• Experience in payroll processing (e.g., with DATEV, Abacus, Sage, or comparable)
• Good knowledge of social insurance and labor law (Switzerland or D/A, depending on the mandate)
• Independent, reliable, and discreet working style
• Enjoyment of digital work – tools & remote work are part of your daily routine
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
